Policies and procedures for promoting events and services on campus.

Approved Locations

Posters may only be placed on designated bulletin boards in the Student Centre and other approved campus locations. All posters must be stamped by infoBooth before posting.

  • Student Centre bulletin boards
  • Digital screens (separate approval required)

Prohibited Practices

  • Posting on glass, doors, or painted walls
  • Covering other active posters
  • Using unauthorized adhesives
  • Posters containing hate speech or profanity-filled content
  • Advertising tutoring services

Stamping Fees

Small poster

$0.50 per stamp

Large poster

$1.00 per stamp

Need Approval?

Bring your posters to infoBooth in the Student Centre for approval and stamping. Unstamped posters will be removed.
