Policies and procedures for promoting events and services on campus.

Approved Locations

Posters may only be placed on designated bulletin boards within the Student Centre and other approved campus locations. All posters must be stamped by The infoBooth prior to posting.

  • Student Centre Bulletin Boards
  • Designated Pillar Wraps
  • Digital Screens (requires separate approval)

Prohibited Practices

  • Posting on glass, doors, or painted walls
  • Covering other active posters
  • Using unauthorized adhesives (only masking tape or push pins allowed)
  • Promoting external businesses without a booking

Need Approval?

Bring your posters to infoBooth in the Student Centre for approval and stamping. Unstamped posters will be removed immediately.
