What is the AGM?
The Annual General Meeting is the highest decision-making space of the UTMSU. At the AGM, general members come together to shape the future of student representation.
At the AGM, general members:
- •Receive updates from the representatives of the organization
- •Amend the Constitution and Bylaws
- •Direct the executive team on organizational priorities
- •Review and approve the audit and finances
As a non-profit, UTMSU is mandated to seek an audit once a year to ensure finances are kept in check. Below you can find Annual Reports, AGM Minutes, and Audited Financial Statements.
