Annual General Meeting
The AGM is the highest decision-making space of the UTMSU, where general members receive updates from their representatives and have the opportunity to make important decisions.
What is the AGM?
The Annual General Meeting is the highest decision-making space of the UTMSU. At the AGM, general members come together to shape the future of student representation.
At the AGM, general members:
- • Receive updates from the representatives of the organization
- • Amend the Constitution and Bylaws
- • Direct the executive team on organizational priorities
- • Review and approve the audit and finances
As a non-profit, UTMSU is mandated to seek an audit once a year to ensure finances are kept in check. Below you can find Annual Reports, AGM Minutes, and Audited Financial Statements.
