Club Recognition
All student groups must apply for recognition annually to access UTMSU resources, funding, and room bookings.
Requirements
- • Minimum 20 signatures from interested students
- • Adopt a Constitution (template available)
- • Complete the Executive Contact Form
- • Attend mandatory Club Training
Financial Audit
Audits ensure transparency and accountability. Every recognized club must submit a financial audit at the end of each term to receive funding for the next term.
Checklist
- • Bank Statements for the entire term
- • All receipts and invoices organized by date
- • Completed Ledger (Excel template)
- • Minutes approving all expenses
