Club Recognition

All student groups must apply for recognition annually to access UTMSU resources, funding, and room bookings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 20 signatures from interested students
  • Adopt a Constitution (template available)
  • Complete the Executive Contact Form
  • Attend mandatory Club Training

Financial Audit

Audits ensure transparency and accountability. Every recognized club must submit a financial audit at the end of each term to receive funding for the next term.

Checklist

  • Bank Statements for the entire term
  • All receipts and invoices organized by date
  • Completed Ledger (Excel template)
  • Minutes approving all expenses
