Bill 33

Opposing Bill 33's OSAP grant cuts and defending students' right to organize and campus autonomy.

About This Campaign

Beginning in Fall 2026, the maximum share of OSAP funding that eligible students can receive as grants will decrease from 85 percent to 25 percent. This change will force students to rely more heavily on loans, significantly increasing the debt they carry after graduation.

We, the students, demand

  • Reject Bill 33 and end unnecessary government oversight
  • Defend and legislate students' right to organize and safeguard the autonomy of our campuses
  • Provide immediate and dedicated public funding for the post-secondary education system
